“Starting from 2014 financial statements are submitted electronically. On one side, the goal is to reduce user’s administration and on the other, we were, at that point, unprepared for online business. The reason for this is underdeveloped IT infrastructure throughout the country and on the other hand, the users were not well trained in IT administration. Due to changes that frequently occur it is essential to constantly educate users so they will be prepared for submission of financial statements.”
