Debt structuring for Intesa bank's employees
In May and June, we worked together with the employees of Bank Intesa on structuring of credit limits and financial analysis. Training’s objective was to further develop level of knowledge and techniques that are necessary for adequate credit limit structuring. During the training, participants had the opportunity to learn about advanced techniques of analysis and structuring of financial debt, taking into account the principles of solvency and repayment capacity.
Training was characterized by a large number of useful tips and practical examples that represent one of the training’s greatest value. A high level of communication and interaction with the participants contributed to exchange of knowledge and experiences between trainer and participants.
The training consisted of two parts: the first part defined the principles and methods of work and analysis, both of client’s creditworthiness as well as analysis of transactions themselves, while the second part was devoted to work on the case studies in which participant’s activity was in first place.
Trainers in these situations were much more facilitators of the whole activity in order to make participants further develop their skills.
During the training, participants improved their knowledge and skills in the following areas:
- Analysis of the business and financial model of the company
- Advanced techniques for financial statements analysis
- Cash flows and working capital projections
- Debt structuring
