
Emotional intelligence for NLB Montenegro bank
Together with NLB Montenegro bank’s employees we worked on learning more in depth about emotional intelligence. Training had multiple objectives: development of participant’s personality, development of team better atmosphere, better understanding diversity among team members and directing all diversity to the same goals organization has set as part of the broader picture of business. We worked in area of cause-influence factors that influence emotional reactions among employees within organization. Different perception, apperception, different individual value systems direct evaluation process itself, emotional reactions, action tendencies, and thought-processing actions such outcomes circular emotional reactions. By working together, we have come to more modern views on the emotional reaction that indicates the interconnection of four intelligences: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. A special benefit for the participants of the training was the opportunity to gain insight into personal preferred mode of reaction and perception of style of personal emotional management and awakening the awareness of the necessity to adapt to all situations and all individuals in order to create around us a harmonious, meaningful, comfortable and correct platform that ourselves, our environment and our team leads to success.
