Training: Credit analyses and debt structuring

On 11th and 12th March, we were guests in Erste Bank Montenegro and together we worked on credit analysis and debt structuring. Twenty participants from Erste Bank worked on development of skills how to adequate structure loan application.

Participants were very motivated to learn different components of loan transaction, and showed interest in getting to know successful ways of harmonizing financial model and business model of the company. Further during the training, participants through practical examples, saw the possibility to apply the presented material on individual clients, as well as on portfolio level, which is of great benefit when making management decisions for the bank, both within the business lines and between sectors.

One of participants gave this impression about the training: "We approached the essence of the problem, trainer gave a completely different approach to the issues that we discussed. We gained good explanations and very effective training". Some other participants  made following comments: "Trainer has banking experience and easily understands our questions and concerns. Many practical examples were presented, viewed from both sides (bank / client) and that helped me to get an idea of ​​how to restructure the existing exposure to clients through business and financial model".
