Training for Vojvodjanska Bank employees

Training - practical application of case studies is based on the analysis of current loan applications and current dilemmas of employees. This means that participants, employees of Vojvodjanska Banka, gained the knowledge through the application and practise and developed necessary skills by working on current cases and thus directly affected the current work duties. Employees learned on real cases and gained practical experience by solving various challenging situations that may encounter during the workday. The work was based on analysis of real situations in working environment and the practical application. Benefit for the Bank is that the training was fully tailored to the needs of a specific job and a specific working culture of Vojvodjanska Banka.
